Construction update – March 2022

So far in 2022, we have made great progress to deliver brand new waste management and recycling facilities for north London.

As part of the redevelopment of Edmonton EcoPark, we’re continuing with construction of new recycling facilities which includes a new Resource Recovery Facility, a public Reuse and Recycling Centre, and a new visitor and education centre known as EcoPark House.

In the video, you’ll hear from the team who are working to build these facilities, as well as our Health, Safety and Wellbeing Lead and a member of our Social Value team who explains some of the exciting work they’ve been doing in the local community. You’ll also hear from the Project Director of Acciona, who will be building the UK’s greenest Energy Recovery Facility later this year.
