Consultation Report
Sets out the consultation process that has been undertaken to comply with its pre-application consultation duties, details the feedback received and explains how the feedback received has influenced the proposals in the Application for development consent
Planning Statement
Sets out the planning policy context for the Project, and addresses the issues raised in the light of relevant National Policy Statements, as well as relevant policies set out by the Mayor of London and the London Borough of Enfield
Alternatives Assessment Report
Summarises the alternatives that have been considered by the Applicant, in particular the technology and site options, to determine the most appropriate scheme
Need Assessment
Explains why the Project is proposed, by considering it in the context of national, strategic and local factors
Fuel Management Assessment
Sets out how waste received at the Edmonton EcoPark will be managed
Combined Heat and Power Development Strategy
Describes the CHP development strategy for the proposed Energy Recovery Facility, demonstrating the CHP opportunity and how it is planned to be implemented
Design & Access Statement
Outlines the design concepts and principles, and the alternatives considered, along with accessibility for the Project
Grid Connection Statement
Demonstrates the feasibility and proposed approach to grid connection upgrade works to support the proposed electrical export capacity, wile maintaining necessary levels of connection resilience
Health Impact Assessment
Assesses the potential health impacts resulting from the Project
Utility Strategy
Explains how the Project will connect to existing utility infrastructure systems, and outlines its impacts upon these systems
Transport Assessment
Sets out the implications of the Project on transport, during construction and operation and provides framework travel plans
Code of Construction Practice
Sets out the principles and controls developed to reduce and mitigate the effects of the Project during construction
Sustainability Statement
Outlines and appraises the sustainability objectives for the design and construction of the Project, and how they would be achieved
Flood Risk Assessment
Assesses the risk of flooding to the Application Site, the possible effect of the project on flood risk elsewhere, and considers measures for reducing and/or mitigating these effects
Statement on Potential Nuisances and Mitigation Measures
States weather the Project engages one or more of the matters set out in Section 79(1) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990(b)
Report on Natural Features
Provides an assessment of any effects on natural features
No Signifiant Effects Report
Sets out the recommendations from the Habitat Regulations Assessment screening report, confirming that there are no significant effect on protected habitats

ES Non Technical Summary
Provides a non-technical summary of the Environmental Statement
Environmental Statement
Sets out the assessment of the likely significant effects of the Project on the environment
