What community facilities will this project create?

EcoPark House has the potential to be used for community activities over and above those relating to the facility itself. In particular, we will relocate the Sea Cadets into EcoPark House once the project is built. The Sea Cadets currently meet at the wharf on the River Lee Navigation and use the building there, and our Project will secure its continued community use. Based in Edmonton since 1942, the Sea Cadets’ purpose is to celebrate Britain’s maritime heritage and contribute to its future development by supporting young people.

Our Reuse and Recycling Centre – the first ever at Edmonton EcoPark – will be open to the public to bring items for reuse and recycling, further supporting our goal to reach recycling targets in north London.
